Easy Kalakand

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups (340g) Paneer (use ricotta cheese if paneer is not available)

  • 5 Powdered cardamom (elaichi)

Instructions

  1. Mix grated panner (Ricotta Cheese) with condensed milk on medium to low heat in a saucepan. Stir constantly while heating.

  2. Continue until the mixture becomes thick, around 15 mins

  3. Spread it on a greased plate. Sprinkle cardamom powder on the top.

  4. Cool it and cut into square pieces.

To store the kalakand keep in the fridge.
