Caramel Coconut Ladoos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup condensed milk caramelized

  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups dried desiccated coconut








Instructions

  1. Place an unopened can in a sauce pan and cover it with water. Boil it covered for 2 hours. Remove the can and let it cool and then open it.

  2. Pour out 1 cup of this caramelized condensed milk in a bowl.

  3. Add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and vanilla extract.

  4. Mix them thoroughly and shape them into small ladoos (balls).

  5. Once again dunk them in dried coconut and serve.
